VP of Customer Success:
Customer success is vital to our company's growth and revenue. With our transactional business model, it's imperative that our customers are happy, "live," and dedicated to growth in line with Only Sky. We are looking for a leader with a proven record in tech of building customer success from nothing to something. You thrive in the startup environment, work as hard as your customers do, and you are customer-obsessed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent international degree
3-5 years + in customer support/success roles
1-2 years + in leadership/management of customer support/success teams
Ability to work in a small, highly motivated, high-speed team
Ability to problem solve on the fly and resolve concerns promptly
Track record of high customer retention rates
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in sales or exposure to sales/upselling preferred

 

What You’ll Do:
You are the foundation of customer success at Only Sky. You will be responsible for building out this vastly important department at the Company. This includes being a player-coach: you will have the skills to hire, train, and mentor junior support/success reps, but also the drive to pitch in yourself and get things done when needed. You will be responsible for architecting the strategy for customer success at the Company. This includes collaborating with CEO and other key stakeholders on the goals for customer success and putting together a strategic roadmap to achieve said goals.

You will collaborate closely with both our Head of Product and our VP of Sales. You are responsible for aligning customer success with the product roadmap. Further, you will work with our VP of Sales and sales team to ensure we are maximizing value from existing accounts.
