Position Details:

This role manages strategic and operational aspects of CSG’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program; proactively identifying and assessing risks and providing guidance to business leaders at all levels across the enterprise.  Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will collaborate and coordinate with teams across the CSG enterprise to promulgate, promote and ensure the operational effectiveness of the ethics and compliance program.  This role will lead and champion compliance process initiatives/improvements and be responsible for the outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage and to coordinate the efforts of people and resources not under their direct control;
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize contracts, regulations, policies and procedures, reports and legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize results/conclusions concisely.
• Ability to use a personal computer.  Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional compliance and ethics certifications, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are preferred.
