The Opportunity

Xero is growing its US Sales organization and this is a very exciting time to join the team! We are looking for a Relationship Coordinator to help grow Xero's Partner Channel. This position will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a Sales Vendor to effectively generate leads for Xero. A successful candidate will also consult with the Partner Sales Team to help ensure leads convert in to Xero Customers. The role presents a wide breadth of responsibility from Vendor Management to solving everyday problems to help ensure Xero's growth.
What you'll do

  • Create scorecards and other execution mechanisms to ensure sales metrics are being met
  • Partner with internal resources (PDR Team) for a successful lead handoff process
  • Attend events if necessary to as a resource to aid in the event running smoothly
  • Become an expert in lead generation and coach the vendor on Quality Assurance, Sales Effectiveness, and Positive Customer Interactions
  • Understand technology needs of Vendor and partner with internal resources to help drive call, email, text, (communication channel) efficiency
  • Forecast future FTE needs and optimize against budget constraints

At a minimum, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Understanding of Xero's overall structure and procedures
  • Outstanding internal relationships across Xero
  • Exceptional presentation, written communication, and people skills
  • Develop effective and engaging branded events that will achieve organizational goals
  • Understanding of telephony and email technology to help troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Xero Intel - Xero product knowledge a must for product uses, features and Add ons - having the ability to teach the product.
  • Partner Knowledge - Understanding of how Accounting Firms function
  • Vendor/Supplier Experience - Background in working with third parties to achieve results
