User Operations Specialist

We're on a mission to perfect mortgage closings for all. Powering millions of closings a year, Snapdocs is leading the charge to modernize, streamline, and improve the mortgage process for lenders, borrowers, and settlement.
As a member of our Product Augmentation team, you will be responsible for uploading and processing loan documents. You will answer questions from Lenders, Settlement Agents, and Consumers. In addition you will have a large impact on the growth of the team and product, gathering feedback from customers and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role where you’ve had to advise clients and handle support queries. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do. You're a resourceful and self-starting team player, hungry to contribute to the company's overall mission.

Colorado Applicants: This role pays $40,000 - $46,000 annually plus equity in the company.
The shift we are hiring for is: 1:30pm - 10:00pm MST
