Hello Denver! We are excited to be here!

If you’re excited by the idea of leading the founding team, and playing an instrumental role in building and shaping the Denver team and culture for a fast-growth startup then you should check out this role.

Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia Capital, F-Prime Capital , SV Angel, and Y Combinator. We are tackling the massive mortgage market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We bring security, efficiency, and joy to a paper-based pillar of the US economy. As we expand our product offering and tackle a broader swath of customers, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in...

The User Operations Manager will be managing the Product Augmentation team and will own the operations for one of our most important product offerings, Digital Closings. You will help scale our team as we bring on more lenders, collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product improvements, and partner with the Customer Success team to drive business value and deliver an amazing user experience.

Our Denver Product Augmentation team will be responsible for uploading and processing loan documents. This team will answer questions from Lenders, Settlement Agents, and Consumers and will have a large impact on the growth and evolution of our product, gathering feedback from customers and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team. Managing 12 indirect reports (7 direct) you will be a “player/coach,” not only doing all of the above alongside the team, but also acting as coach/mentor/resource for the rest of the team. You’ll do 1:1’s, performance management, provide career development, interview and hire, and act as an escalation point as issues arise.

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing and leading support teams. You have had experience scaling teams. Ability to lead cross-functionally, prioritizing business objectives, bias for action (we’re a startup), presentation skills, and attention to detail (of course!), will be the foundational attributes that will set you up for success in this role. You are an inspirational leader and your team views you as a hyper-effective person who can dig into the weeds, pull up to connect back to strategy, and generally “gets stuff done.

Snapdocs’ culture is one that strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people from different backgrounds and different paths in life. We provide a range of excellent benefits from the standard stuff (401(k), free lunches, excellent health benefits) to the not so standard (4 weeks and a day of vacation! 4% match on 401(k)!, and a 10 year exercise window on your options!!) and our location in downtown Denver is super convenient.
