Snapdocs is looking to grow its Denver office! If you're excited by the idea of joining our foundational team in Denver, one that is instrumental in setting the tone for the workplace culture of a fast-growth startup, then we've got a role for you.
Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia Capital, SV Angel, and Y Combinator. We are tackling the massive mortgage market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We bring security, efficiency, and joy to a paper-based pillar of the US economy. As we expand our product offering and tackle a broader swath of customers, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in...
As a member of our Denver Product Augmentation team, you will be responsible for uploading and processing loan documents. You will answer questions from Lenders, Settlement Agents, and Consumers. In addition you will have a large impact on the growth of the team and product, gathering feedback from customers and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role where you’ve had to advise clients and handle support queries. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do. You're a resourceful and self-starting team player, hungry to contribute to the company's overall mission.
Colorado applicants: This role pays $46,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
Snapdocs strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team to make smart decisions. This means we value independent work as well as collaboration. We provide excellent benefits (listed below) and are located in both San Francisco and Denver!
Our benefits include (but are not limited to):
- 21 days of vacation
- Company subsidized health, dental, vision insurance
- Flexible spending account for healthcare and dependent care
- 401(k) with up to 4% company match
- Life and disability insurance
- Commuter benefits
Please take note:
- the working hours may be 2-10PM MST
