IT & Operations provides technology platforms for the internal IT infrastructure that powers our users and our product. You will be part of the global IT systems engineering team that provides Trustpilot employees with state-of-the-art IT capabilities and productivity solutions.
As a User Access Manager, you will be responsible for the process of provisioning and de-provisioning employees' access to internal services, as well as facilitating access to a wide variety of SaaS applications.
In your role, you will:
- Own and maintain the life cycle of user onboarding and off-boarding of applications and services, ensuring established processes are followed.
- Manage access requests in a ticket-based system.
- Manage licenses and role assignments for users in a wide variety of SaaS applications.
- Grants, removes, and modifies users access to applications and systems based on predefined criteria.
- Update and maintain access processes and documentation.
- Periodically conducts reviews of established access within applications and systems to verify access meets established standards and levels.
- Work with internal teams and/or external vendors to determine permissions and access rights.
We are looking for people with:
- Must have 2+ years of experience with access provisioning.
- knowledge in Identity and Access Management topics.
- knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications (Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience using and managing a ticket-based enterprise workflow management system
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize the workload.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
