Client Education Coordinator
Join our team as a Client Education Coordinator! This junior position plays a supportive role within the Client Education team. The position is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing training material, leveraging the Adobe Creative Suite, and working with the team lead to build a vision for future offerings. The role also fulfills needed reporting and administrative training requests.
How you'll make an immediate impact:
- Write technical content and training collateral for client-facing initiatives
- Assist in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training curriculum via different mediums, including videos, articles, infographics, e-learnings, whitepapers, and more to support learning objectives
- Monitor and track all client-facing changes in SpotX's technology and services on a regular basis
- Update client-facing training resource libraries on a regular basis
- Collaborates with business owners across operations, sales, product and engineering to understand business initiatives, challenges and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience
- Compile data for reporting on the performance of training initiatives
- Become a resident expert on internal tools and platforms
- Communicate virtually/remotely with internal and external teams via such platforms as Google Hangouts, Slack, Email, etc
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years work experience, technical writing is a plus
- Ability to deconstruct technical information from subject matter experts into digestible educational material
- Proactive project management skills – initiative, planning, organizing, prioritizing and managing steps to successful completion
- Driven, solution-oriented, and has the ability to overcome obstacles to drive projects through completion
- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving work environment; able to quickly change directions in work and priorities
- Comfortable with and receptive to feedback; quick to apply changes
Computer skills required:
- Understanding of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, or any other business-management products
Other skills required:
- Advanced organizational skills
- Excellent task and time management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Creative design tools, such as Adobe Suite products
