THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Training and Administrative Support Analyst in Xactly's Denver office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support a variety of customers including working with Sales and Professional Services to guarantee that customers are successfully adopting our product. We are seeking engaging, adaptable, attentive, customer focus individuals who are confident at problem solving and being customer friendly team members.

 

THE TEAM

Xactly's Professional Services team is a mix of former consultants, compensation experts, and sales professionals. The team comes from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, financial services and management consulting. They're a group of driven, highly motivated, self- starters who have the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fluid start-up culture. They are fast learners, turned compensation consultants with the business-savvy to execute complex projects in all client verticals while having some fun along the way!

THE SKILL SET

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent customer service skills; 1+ years experience working directly with customers in a Customer Service or Education Admin related role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to work as a positive team member, either individually or as a group
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Document

 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:

  • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
  • Build relationships with internal business partners across Professional Services and Customer Account Managers
  • Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
  • Shadow expert teammates and receive an Xactly Xpert who will show you the ropes
  • Learn from managers and leaders on the team
  • Learn internal systems and team processes

 

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know
  • Process training orders and quotes using SFDC & Steelbrick
  • Process training CC invoicing using Square
  • Process training registrations using GoToTraining

     

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months
  • Learn Process approvals for training discounts
  • Administer Xactly Training Website Updates
  • Answer general training questions

 

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
  • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen
  • Process approvals for training discounts
  • Manage Education revenue forecast
  • Begin to provide ad-hoc PS Admin support as required
