Webroot’s Trade Show & Events Team manages and executes more than 90 corporate tradeshows and sponsorship programs per year, across three business segments. We are looking for an experienced Trade Show & Events Manager to join our team

In this role, you will work closely with the Events Team to coordinate, manage and execute outstanding events, ensuring the efficiency, consistency and timeliness of related activities. Duties include assisting in the planning of large, multi-component trade shows as well as supporting smaller sponsorships, conferences and meetings. This position requires someone who is highly organized and capable of maintaining and meeting multiple timelines, budgets and deadlines simultaneously. As a Trade Show & Events Manager based in our Broomfield, CO, office, you will be proactive and comfortable working with event management, third party vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to understand the requirements, timelines, deliverables and budgets. Your experience running an event from beginning to end means you are organized, detail oriented, flexible, resourceful and focused on business results. You can think on your feet as priorities change and challenges arise, and you take the lead to do what needs to be done to execute a great event.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own events, to include:
  • Coordinating logistics and staffing planning
  • Reviewing Sponsorship Kits and ERCs, and ordering show services by early deadlines
  • Adhering to event budgets and tracking all expenses
  • Working with marketing managers on event messaging and deliverables
  • Arranging inbound and outbound shipping of booth properties and related materials
  • Managing staff onsite
  • Management of premiums: Procuring, maintaining inventory, handling requests
  • Providing (non-tradeshow) event support as needed, including on site attendance and execution (6-8 per year, i.e. company holiday party)
  • Assisting the Events Team with related additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating trade shows and events from beginning to end
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management and follow-through skills
  • Detail-oriented with proven processes for staying organized
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support onsite execution and management of trade shows
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple changing priorities and hard deadlines, with no decrease in performance or results
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision yet be highly accountable
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; happy to seek input from team members
  • Confident in verbal and written communication with all levels of an organization
  • General knowledge of event marketing and marketing communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and general computing
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Duties will require bending, walking, or standing for an extended period of time
