š About the Role
This is an exciting time to be joining an enterprise SaaS rocketship, and 2021ās first tech unicorn! Increased client adoption, overall team growth, and an increasing number of partners joining our Continuous Product Design ecosystem means weāre scaling Quantum Metricās technology partnerships program. As our first Technology Partnerships Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to create scale and drive revenue through partnerships with category leaders while gaining valuable experience in the end-to-end partner development lifecycle.Ā
š§ Responsibilities
- Drive scale in the partnerships organization and support Quantum Metricās aggressive growth goals by working closely with our partnership directors and owning the pipeline generation objective for our strategic partners (i.e. Salesforce, Qualtrics etc)
- Facilitate the end-to-end partner alignment process: (1) Identify joint opportunities via Reveal/Sharework, Builtwith and your own hustling. (2) Facilitate partner meetings and ensure the joint value prop and better together story is articulated. (3) Own follow-ups and action items to ensure positive outcomes
- Ensure that Account Executives on both sides understand the integration and value it can drive for our customers and that attribution is correctly captured within our CRM
- Run point on key marketing initiatives around strategic partners, bringing together marketing, sales and SDRs to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Identify new teams and use cases within existing partners and own the outreach and execution around bringing them into the partnership fold
- Direct career path into a Partnership Manager role by taking on and running partnerships end-to-end
š” Requirements
- 3-5 years of technology-related sales or partnerships experience
- A passion for the digital ecosystem and proven hustle to get things done
- Exceptional relationship management, collaboration and communication skillsĀ
- Experience developing partnerships and alliances within the digital industry is a plus (i.e. direct experience in analytics, experimentation, CX, personalization or application performance monitoring)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do.
- Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.
