Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Technical Support Lead who is self-motivated and possesses a strong sense of ownership. You will be in charge of Mac support, peripheral troubleshooting, account creation, printer and VOIP support, and shipping and inventory management. You’ll be brought into special technical projects as we work to create touchless deployment of new-hire equipment, and revamp service delivery to be as seamless and automated as possible. Excellent customer service and documentation skills are a must, as we work to ensure staff always has access to the answers they need. You’ll be a critical member of the team, as this role will be key in creating and maintaining an efficient and productive technical environment.

This position requires the ability to work from our Denver HQ up to 1 day per week as-needed.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Work closely with the IT and Security to ensure systems and Mac endpoints are configured properly through the use of automation and delivery optimization
  • Assist where needed with deployments, upgrades, patching, updates, and system cleanup
  • Work in-office with Staff as-needed and serve as the friendly face of the IT team
  • Manage equipment and software inventory, process orders, and coordinate data destruction for all endpoints and peripheral equipment
  • Properly create, provide daily updates, triage, and manage tickets via ZenDesk
  • Create and maintain internal process documentation, as well as user-facing support guides in accordance with our guidelines
  • Analyze and troubleshoot basic computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Participate in, and work to mitigate occasional after-hours support
  • Provide exceptional consistent day-to-day support for the CirrusMD team
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in the quickest time frame possible
  • Provide light training of systems and software for employees to make them productive with their tools.
  • Create a data-driven environment around IT support

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • The ability to be enthusiastic, flexible, and patient in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment
  • Continual education and learner’s mindset.
  • A desire to improve automation, productivity, and costs of IT systems.
  • The drive to elevate support delivery and technical processes to the next level.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Being OS agnostic, and highly proficient with supporting MacOS
  • Lover of documentation (reading and writing)
  • A strong service oriented mindset, you love helping people be productive
  • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment where there is frequent change and a need to demonstrate and act with a sense of urgency
  • GIAC, CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, ITIL, or other certifications
  • BASH Scripting experience, automation experience, and general centralized deployment knowledge

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-90,000/year based on full time employment in Colorado only. Actual pay may vary based on job-related skills, qualifications, certifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to equity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
