This role is with our new Ciitizen team. Ciitizen is a health technology platform that enables patients with cancer and rare neurologic disorders to collect, digitize, and share their health information. We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a passion for excellence. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for Ciitizen partners and customers. This includes developing subject matter expertise for the entire platform. The engineer is responsible for owning and resolving issues on a daily basis, technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or resolve an unexpected behavior or answer technical questions about the Ciitizen software and platform. In this role, you will debug multiple microservices as well as find better solutions. Support engineers use the Ciitizen platform via an internal implementation of its tools to diagnose issues. This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills. Throughout all of these interactions, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exemplary support and timely resolution to customer requests. - Managing and resolving challenging issues for Ciitizen partners and customers.
- Troubleshoot multiple microservices and assist in defining improvements.
- Interact and build relationships with internal and external customers.

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
- Experience with any other monitoring and analytics tool
- Understanding of Cloud technologies
- Experience with debugging and supporting ETL pipeline
- Basic object-oriented programming skills (Java, python)
