As a Salesforce Technical Support Engineer, you will join the Healthgrades Technical Support Team where you will address and resolve external and internal client support questions and issues related to the company’s Salesforce products and applications.
What you will do:
- Tackle technical problems for Salesforce-based applications and user interfaces, as well as administer and manage knowledge databases
- Conduct issue reproduction and screen sharing sessions with company employees and clients
- Collaborate with multiple departments for proper triaging and resolution of multifaceted issues
- Design and apply technology solutions within an Agile environment
- Document and share all implemented feature changes, bug fixes, and critical deviations from requirements
What you will bring:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in dynamic Salesforce support environments
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Solid grasp of computer systems, user interfaces, databases, networks, and mobile applications
- Ability to think creatively to identify an issue and craft a resolution
- Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Marketing Cloud certifications
