We don’t just talk to customers - we know them by name and build relationships. As a Technical Support Engineer on our team, you’ll be the person that knows our products and technology and can help to deliver the best customer experience!

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, energetic, creative, and can effectively interact with customers and the Gtmhub team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class technical support to our customers.
  • Resolve technical and usability problems via log analysis, debugging, configuration and root cause analysis.
  • Work with REST APIs, Gtmhub OKRs Platform Integrations and 3rd-party products to make recommendations to resolve customer issues. 
  • Review, write, or modify business logic - typically in SQL - in order to implement a specific solution for a customer.
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to advocate the customer needs.
  • Document and share your knowledge with customers by contributing to the Gtmhub Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborate with our global support team, share best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Save the world a couple of times per day :)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL is a must.
  • 1+ years’ work experience as a Support Engineer.
  • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.

Location

Our Denver team is small but mighty and growing, currently around 30. We have ~70 team members across the rest of the US, and our remaining crew spans the UK, Germany, France, Bulgaria, and beyond. Our Denver office is located in the heart of downtown, on 16th & Welton.
