Technical Support Engineer - Azure Developer

Tek-Experts is expanding and adding to our Developer Support team. As a Developer Technical Support Engineer, you will provide support to developers who are using Microsoft Azure Cloud Technology. You will be analytical and have an interest in troubleshooting and problem research; collaborating with other engineers as necessary.

Duties and responsibilities
This engineer will be responsible for understanding and debugging the possible root cause application crash or handling properly requests in the Azure Space. The engineer will develop an understanding of stack traces, application debugging practices and .NET best practices for coding.
Candidates should have experience and/or knowledge across a broad range of technologies including:
• Troubleshooting and Programming Skills in at least a couple of the following languages: Visual Studio, C#, C++, ASP.NET, .NET CORE, WordPress, Java Python, Node.js
• Web Development background a plus
• Power Shell knowledge a plus
• Basic Linux/SQL Skills a plus
• Continuous delivery (Docker Containers, GitHub, VSTS) a plus
Qualified candidates will have one year of recent IT experience (end-user support and help desk experience) in any technology. We hire resourceful team members with exceptional problem-solving skills.
This position requires someone who has a strong desire to learn while being self-motivated to deliver exemplary service and find their own solutions to the problems we need to solve for our customers.
