What you will do:

• Investigate customer software functionality issues and resolve data-related causes
• Respond to requests for data services, modify customer data, handle invoicing, verify payments, document discounts and refer the customer for relevant and applicable services based on their needs
• Tool optimization for data services including expert-level knowledge of Church Community Builder database schema and all related software products
• Participation in Customer Success initiatives, collaboration on team goals, and the ability to demonstrate exceptional active listening skills with coworkers and customers

What you will bring:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in the database-related field required
• Two years’ experience in data manipulation or database support
• Five years’ customer service experience in data services or SaaS
• Expertise in MySQL/MariaDB; Command Line (macOS)
• Familiarity with IDEs (VSCode); Git (GitHub); PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Python; API; Docker; AWS; Excel
• Prior experience with Church Community Builder software a plus, but not required
