We are searching for a Team Manager, Assessment Coordination (Customer Support) to join our growing team in Denver, CO!

What does a Manager, Assessment Coordination do at CyberGRX? 

The Assessment Coordination function is the backbone of the CyberGRX operations department. This group of customer service individuals sits at the front lines of all interactions with third-party vendors; they are integral to the day-to-day inner workings of the company as well as our long-term vision. 

  
As a Manager of Assessment Coordination, you will lead a customer service-focused team (or “pod,” as we like to call it) of 8-10 Assessment Coordinators and Senior Assessment Coordinators ("ACs"). You will manage workloads, define and clarify processesassist with escalations, monitor performance, and be fully accountable for the success of your pod. You will work to proactively solve problems and optimize complex systems for micro-gains that translate into big efficiency wins over time. You will delegate to your team, but will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves as well.   

 

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Manage and develop a dynamic of pod of ACs to balance customer service workload and ensure that everyone is positioned for success. 
  • Perform quality control on cybersecurity assessments within your pod and monitor their output, aptitudeperformance, and morale. 
  • You will own certain complex assessments and vendors and use your problem-solving skills to untangle any issues that may arise. 
  • Lead and structure training for new hires. 
  • Provide support on questions, issues and demo calls. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders from other departments to ensure that everyone is working toward the same goals. 
  • You will be the point-person for escalations from within your podsolve what you can while surfacing critical situations to upper management.  
  • Run daily pod meetings with quality agendas and clear next steps on decisions and action items 
  • You will devise and execute low-impact, high-potential "experiments" to continuously improve the assessment execution process. 
  • Develop and coordinate policies, procedures and productivity standards. 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a professional customer service role working with multiple customers or vendors at a time 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing a group of customer service representatives (example: call center environment) 
  • Bonus points if you have experience working in risk assessment or cybersecurity 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to help formulate strategic and operational objectives 
  • Natural aptitude for maintaining confidential information 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of your base salary
