The Role:

PopSockets is looking for a Systems Coordinator to support day-to-day implementation and administration of business applications including ERP, Order Management and eCommerce systems. The ideal candidate is a business-minded problem solver capable of quickly mastering new technologies and implementing system functionality to improve customer experience, data accuracy and business efficiency. Must be data-minded, detail oriented and customer obsessed. Success in this role is measured by internal customers and system stakeholder satisfaction.

Reports to:

VP, Systems

Works with:

eCommerce, Sales Order Entry, Consumer Customer Service, Wholesale Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Fulfillment, Warehouse Production, Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order flow across systems and partners to proactively resolve problems and recommend and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.
  • Develop documentation on key administrative processes and train partners to perform those functions where appropriate.
  • Administer system configurations for fraud prevention, address verification, payments and shipping methods globally.
  • Research, recommend and implement system enhancements and new technology investments to reduce errors, improve customer experience and optimize business efficiency.
  • Support optimized user experience, catalog management and system administration for business-to-business ecommerce sites.
  • Create reports to benchmark key system performance indicators and find action in trends to drive system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to four years relevant experience, preferably in a consumer goods business.
  • Proven business application power-user; Excel, Shopify, Photoshop preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, ETL, JSON and SQL a plus.
  • Not intimidated by custom software or getting up to speed with new systems on the fly.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, finance and supply chain concepts.
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and project management skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-responsibility environment.
  • Humble and hungry to learn, comfortable both taking direction and solving problems independently.
