Systems Administrator

We’re searching for a talented, systems administrator who will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations including staff/client support, systems administration, and deployed hardware and software. The role is a generalist one that calls upon wide-ranging technical proficiency, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. This position will lead the support and maintenance of IT infrastructure with an emphasis on administering desktop, network, and storage software/hardware.
The System Administrator will report to the head of IT.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Desktop Support (Windows/Mac/Linux)
- Server Hardware/Software (Windows/Linux)
- Networking (WiFi, LAN, WAN)
- Software & Applications
- Asset management
- Endpoint management (EMM/MDM/AV)
- Identity access management/SSO
- Cloud management (GSuite, AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Badge Access Systems
- Workflow Automation Systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of general systems administration experience.
- 2+ years experience administering SSO tools such as Okta, Ping, OneLogin
- 2+ years experience administering Endpoint Management (MDM/EMM) systems.
- 2+ years experience administering GSuite.
- Strong experience working with multiple applications and operating systems.
- Proficiency in building and deploying images for Windows/Mac/Linux
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
- Accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information technology, computer science, or related/relevant field
- Recent Certification in at least two common technologies (Cisco, Microsoft, Google, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with scripting languages (powershell, perl, python, bash, etc)
- Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Atlassian products
- Experience working with security frameworks such as SOX, SOC-II, ISO27001
- Integration experience using OAuth, SAML, or other SSO technology
- Experience working in or around robotics and heavy machinery
