About the team 

FIS™ ACBS is a premier commercial lending and loan servicing solution that enables timely decision-making, reduces operating costs, improves data quality and delivers advanced analytics.  We are looking for an administrator on our Open Systems team.

What you will be doing 

  • Open Systems support.  This is managing a MS Windows (2008r2 – 2019) ecosystem and various systems that run on top of Windows.

  • AD user management

  • Web services (IIS) experience a plus

  • Any experience with the following is appreciated: Citrix, Oracle, Business Objects, ConnectDirect, IBMi, VMWarre

  • Basic powershell scripting will be expected, advanced appreciated.

  • Monitors usage and performance.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience providing independent judgment and discretion

  • Must have experience with Citrix (e.g. XenApp and NetScaler), Active Directory, Windows Server operating systems, and VMWare.

  • Proven experience working independently under general instructions on a large variety of special projects

  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to utilize project management software to manage projects, e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature

  • Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware

  • Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools and technical writing principles and practices

  • Effective analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience automating application deployment and configuration in a Windows Server environment and/or creating MS AppV sequences is highly desirable.

  • Experience with IBMi, Oracle, and HPe (SimpliVity) OmniCube systems would also be helpful.
