Be face of the IT department. You will be the first touch for all end user needs.

As a System Admin at OnDeck, you will:

IT Service Desk

  • Providing support to OnDeck across multiple office locations and to people working remotely for but not limited to: Windows OS, Apple OSX, IOS , Android. VPN and networking, Phone and video conferencing systems, working in server rooms and data centers.
  • Onboard new hires, laptop imaging, desk setup, and new hire tech training.
  • Managing ticketing queue in ServiceNow and having a good understanding of appropriate escalation paths and prioritization.
  • Using tools like BigFix & JAMF Casper to deploy software, updates and manage a variety of endpoints (Macs & PCs)
  • Work with Active Directory / AD Manager for User and Computer management.
  • Experience with adding and removing phone lines from CUCM.
  • Support network team with troubleshooting connectivity issues, VPN & RSA.
  • Support Security team with incident response for infected machines.
  • Running company-wide meetings where teleconferencing is utilized.
  • Audio/video setup for events.

Qualifications to make it happen: 

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Windows and Mac endpoints
  • Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Endpoint Management Tools (Casper, BigFix), MaaS360, RSA, Cisco AnyConnect
  • Great customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment-team setting delivering thorough and well architected solutions.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as A+, Network+
  • Trainings for Windows 10, O365, Outlook etc.
