PASCO is growing rapidly and is looking for a gifted System Administrator / Analyst to join our Department of Technology Solutions. This role will serve as the team’s senior technical resource and will be responsible for the design, development, and defense of our network infrastructure. Additionally, this person will have ample opportunity to investigate, implement, and improve PASCO’s other business systems. This position will work alongside our Tier One Specialist and Business Analysts and report to the Director of Technology Solutions.

Here are some of the core functions of the role:

·        Manage our local servers and network hardware

·        Oversee our user access and permission processes

·        Serve as the escalation point for all network issues

·        Audit and advance our security and disaster recovery practices

·        Ensure compliance with all relevant HIPAA, HITECH, and HHS regulations

·        Help identify and implement new technologies to increase business efficiency

·        Participate in company-wide system implementation projects

·        Modern network administration principles

·        Server virtualization

·        Firewalls and VPN optimization

·        VoIP/telephony

·        Office 365

·        Windows Server/AD

·        SQL Server

·        Azure and GCP administration

·        Application automation/integration (API development)

·        Data warehousing/ETL/ELT
