The Operations Strategic Support Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution – from technologies and investments to supply chain, manufacturing and test operations, facilities management, and information technology services.


Supply Chain Specialist II - Learning & Communications


The Integrated Supply Chain Specialist II – Learning & Communications will work closely with Supply Chain employees and other business units to help drive the organization’s learning strategy and enhance the cadence and quality of communication output across the organization. The ISC Specialist II will assist in the administration of daily operations and content of the Integrated Supply Chain Learning & Communications Strategy as well as other eLearning assets.

With manager oversight, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, development, publication, and delivery of Integrated Supply Chain content and materials. Assists in conducting learning and communications needs assessments to ensure internal needs are met. Utilizes project management skills to ensure projects are completed according to scope and on time.


What You’ll Do:


  • Produce promotional messaging and other educational content in support of Integrated Supply Chain.
  • Plan, create and edit content, and disseminate information to employees to promote the value proposition of Integrated Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Manage the ISC Community of Interest, SME Matrix and other learning and communication tools.
  • Assist in the development and execution of ISC Town Halls, All-Hands and other events.
  • Create/locate engaging graphics to enhance reports, outgoing communications and learning collateral.
  • Assist in the logistics of Learning modules, curriculum and events, including attendance rosters and training program scheduling, deployment and administration.
  • Develop, manage, document, and transmit ISC project schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports.
  • Evaluate and resolve project issues to meet defined goals and objectives.
  • Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams as well as Success Factors LMS.
  • Represent ISC at various levels on cross-functional teams to drive business success, cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for assisting with various ISC Business Operations including creation, maintenance and distribution of reports, and the development of learning and talent documentation and related project plans. Assists with post-training evaluation procedures.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.


What You’ll Need:


  • BS/BA in a related field plus 2 or more years related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Sense of urgency with detail orientation.
  • A creative thinker who is adept at working multiple projects.
  • Comfortable with change as priorities evolve.
  • Excellent communicator, both at the executive level and with peers and cross functional teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams and knowledge of their capabilities preferred. Knowledge of Success Factors LMS desired.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,500 - $82,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
