We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:

  • Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with vendors and partners to ensure supply chain transparency and excellence pertaining to:
    • Inventory planning and receipt
    • Order processing and shipment
  • Proactively monitor order processing and fulfillment SLA's. Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate issues as needed
  • Track data exchange with manual fulfillment partners; update tracking data on shipped orders; proactively identify issues and resolve with partners
  • Monitor sales performance to forecasts; proactively communicate with vendors any additional supply needs
  • Build, run, and analyze supply chain reporting
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to communicate potential inventory risks
  • Research new product sourcing requests
  • Coordinate monthly manufacturer returns and recycling shipments with the distribution center
  • Provide suggestions for improving inventory strategies on new, existing, and discontinued products
  • Create, review, submit, and track vendor purchase orders
  • Coordinate and execute bulk order process

What you will contribute:

  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Extremely organized with advanced time management skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • One year relevant experience required
  • OMS experience preferred

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
