Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end approach and execution of strategy and planning for select projects, in close partnership with Airline Program stakeholders, Finance & Operational roles.
  • Partner with leadership in development and execution of overall financial, resource, and operations sprints.
  • Manage high priority initiatives throughout lifecycle (capture, establishment, execution, tracking, performance, and closeout).
  • Create dashboards and exec presentations to report out on progress, flags, and success metrics along initiative lifecycle.
  • Ensure stakeholder collaboration and leadership team alignment on high profile initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Project manage select high priority initiatives.
  • Proactively identify areas within the organization to scale operational excellence.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and influence resources in an effective and efficient manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years of project management and related experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, on time and on budget.
  • Distinguished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Adept at cutting through complex issues to find quick wins and make progress .
  • High judgement and self-awareness.
  • Proven track record for driving alignment and communication cross-functionally within a company.
  • Quick and high-quality analysis and presentation creation using Microsoft and/or Google suites, and Keynote.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Bias for action, and propensity for resourcefulness and problem-solving.

Compensation: 

  • Base salary range for this position is $140,000-$210,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position
  • Robust equity program with significant upside potential.
  • Open PTO.
