WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE
Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to key clients on Choozle platform operations and programmatic campaign strategy
Be responsible for key account retention and growth as defined by company and regional revenue goals
Along with sales counterpart, strategize on both pre-sale and existing business opportunities
Advocate for client concerns and opportunities cross-departmentally
Be a first-line technical troubleshooting resource
