SRE Knowledge Management & Tools Manager:
The SRE Tools Manager contributes to the strategic objectives of the Operation Division by managing the roadmap for internal tools while also contributing to internal process documentation. This role will also be responsible for the training delivery of roadmap items to the company. This is a Denver, CO based technical position focusing on support internal business tools of Network Operations Center (NOC).
Manage a team consisting of a business analyst, technical writer, and instructional designer/trainer and assist them with:
Writing easy-to-read and easy-to-find use case-based documentation
Developing tutorials to improve SRE workflows
Creating onboarding programs and training
Contributing to documentation SRE team processes
Editing documentation for completeness, style, and accuracy to ensure it reflects RingCentral's commitment to quality
Performing quality assurance
Designing and writing about technical concepts for tool development
Monitoring and reporting on all projects’ progress
Leading the change management board meeting
Act as a product and project manager to:
Own and oversee strategy, analysis, planning, execution, and management of features and functionality from ideation through execution of web and mobile-based applications
Manage, monitor, and report on cross-functional schedules, cost, deliverables, risks, and resources to ensure goals are achieved and escalated as necessary
Manage organizational goals with quarterly and annual performance targets
Create project plans, maintain schedules for specific projects, and communicate documentation status to documentation manager or lead
Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and customer partners to shape feature requirements and areas of value, growth, and adoption
Prioritize multiple stakeholder backlogs
Support and direct a global software development team
Present reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to stakeholders
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess results of projects
3+ years of experience as a project manager; at least 1 year experience in a product ownership role
BA/MA/BS/MS (engineering, humanities, social sciences)
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn technical information
Ability to meet deadlines and help others meet theirs
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and develop schedules
Help develop and fine-tune documentation processes
Understand the company requirements and incorporate them into documentation
Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Software development life cycle (SDLC) understanding
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
Knowledge of techniques and project management tools
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Understand main ideas of ITIL and 24x7 IT production support
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Able to stay focused on priorities even as conflicting requests for workflow in
Excellent editing skills
Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for asking questions
Excellent decision-making and leadership skills
Conflict resolution experience
Able to tolerate stress

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $120,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
