š About the Role
The Senior Web Product Manager, leads a small team of web, content, and UX strategy specialists who are responsible for defining and managing the experience for Quantum Metricās products and solutions on QuantumMetric.com. This lead role will be accountable for delivering a world-class web experience, including outlining the product, content, and technology requirements necessary to meet brand and business objectives. This person should have proven success as a leader and influencer, and be able to point to examples of delivering complex, large-scale, web-based initiatives to market and leading large cross-functional, world-wide teams.
š§ Responsibilities
- Be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Continuous Product Design web experience and other assigned areas of the QM website
- Act as the steward of the web experience, balancing the trade off between unobtrusive user experiences and driving demand
- Lead the creation of detailed business requirements and user stories (Agile) that map to key audiences and objectives
- Partner with marketing, search, operations, and other departments as needed to establish technology requirements
- Define and document what the website needs to accomplish (business requirements) as well as how it works to accomplish those goals (thru technologies like tagging, analytics, mboxes, video playback and tracking, etc.)
- Work with the various teams across the organization to define an editorial calendar for QM.com, and establish the right cadence for regular updates to both brand and product areas of the site
- Connect the dots between product messaging, brand messaging, and search insights (SEO) to create a meaningful content strategy for the site
- Partner with Creative teams to discipline leads across Editorial, Design, Production, Video, and Development to create integrated web experiences aligned to campaign
- Partner with Optimization and Qualitative Research teams to test and enhance important site aspects like navigation and gated (behind form) content
š” Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, HCI, or design; or equivalent professional experience in user experience, content strategy, and digital marketing preferred
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or UX leading web experiencesĀ
- 5+ years team leadership experience managing UX, product, and web content strategy teams
- Familiarity with Adobe technologies like Experience Manager, Analytics, and Target; plus non-Adobe tech like DemandBase, ClickTale, or similar marketing software
- Experience with mobile marketing practices, including responsive web and apps is helpful
- Demonstrated success in planning, delivering large-scale (6-12 month) global cross-functional projects
- Possess strong decision-making, problem solving and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional partners at all levels
- A self-starter, be able to work independently; anticipating and resolving problems
- Experience with the Agile development process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work well within a team, both in-person and virtually, and willingness to travel required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
