The Partner Programs Specialist will play an integral part in the success of RingCentral’s Partner Program through developing and maintaining operational efficiencies and outcome-based programming. This candidate will have expertise in building relationships across various departments as well as supporting external partners to drive toward measurable outcomes. This critical role will focus on improving the end-to-end programs processes critical to the success of the RingCentral partners and ultimately RingCentral. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude with a track record of creating and building partner programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
Refine, improve and communicate effective program policies, processes and new models that will accelerate growth and scale for the programs team and reduce administrative burdens for the team
Oversee the Programs team’s purchasing process from purchase order creation to financial reconciliation and track the status of expenditures
Build and implement a process with supporting metrics that drive the outcomes-based approach of our programs and data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Channel Operations to develop and drive an automated process to lead program performance through data-driven
Work with Product Management to design a specialization program that identifies partner capabilities by industry and use case
Drive alignment with Partner Enablement team to build and maintain partner training and engagement at all phases of the partner lifecycle
Maintain and enhance Partner Program specific documentation such as Partner Program Guides and lead activities such as the tiered partner program, Partner Webinars, SE Trainings
Coordinate with Channel press to leverage programs, improve exposure and drive transparency within the Channel ecosystem.
Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Programs organization
Work cross functionally with a range of internal teams to maximize the impact of the Partner Programs to achieve the desired outcome with Partners
Qualifications:
3-5 years of partner program experience with focus on tracking outcome-based partner programs.
Proven results in process improvement, data-driven decision making and financial reconciliation
Validated experience in developing policies and processes for industry leading partner programs
Consistent record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering durable business relationships
Strong analytical, presentation, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audience.
Driven and motivated to achieve or exceed goals.

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
