As the Sr. Desktop Specialist in our Boulder office, you will be the primary support representative for the Helpdesk team supporting our Mac OS and Windows systems in addition to basic network and end user support. You will work with entry level to senior executives ensuring their experience working with technology is one which enhances their job. What You'll Do:
 

  • Provide telephone and in-person support for local and remote users having issues with issues with:
  • Email
  • Printing
  • Connectivity (IP Routing, DNS, SMTP, DHCP)
  • Desktop/Laptop hardware issues
  • Software issues (cloud hosted as well as locally installed)
  • Virtual desktop issues
  • Triage support tickets and collaborate with team members in remote offices in order to provide superior support to the local office
  • Support user software and hardware installations as necessary
  • Laptop and desktop imaging and setup
  • Configure mobile devices to support email and multi-factor authentication
  • Develop solution articles and enhance knowledge base as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve remote connectivity issues
  • Learn new technologies and expand technical and communication skill sets
