About the position

The Senior Events Manager will be responsible for planning and executing corporate event programs like conferences, trade shows, client events, webcasts and other business-related programs to support the strategic goals of the company and the marketing/sales departments. The Sr. Events Manager will need to work effectively with internal teams to implement all facets associated with event inception to completion. This includes but is not limited to strategic planning, tactical execution and coordination of logistics, vendor procurement/management, budgeting, development of communications plans/materials, customer and prospect campaigns, post-event reporting, lead generation tracking, and other services as required. Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure key deliverables are met. 

Position responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the development of all event logistics from inception to completion for a range of events to include: trade shows, client events, webcasts, sponsorship events/conferences, and other events as assigned. Producing the events to the highest quality of standards
  • Ensure the branding of all event materials is consistent across all events and is aligned with the overall brand look and feel
  • Manage the production and execution of event communication plans, event campaigns and event materials with the marketing, sales, design and partner departments
  • Manage marketing materials design and curation to include promotional materials such as invitations or event emails, premiums, and other materials as identified
  • Interface with sales organization and clients at the highest professional level, ensuring the delivery of a quality experience at all events
  • Interface with outside vendors in support of key company initiatives, such as fulfillment vendors, event registration management companies, booth vendors, webinar vendors, etc.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses for all programs
  • Track, evaluate and report on statistical data to demonstrate program and event effectiveness
  • Create campaigns for events, mange lead gathering and after-event lead management
  • Provide on-site event management as required, ensuring successful execution of activities and programs
  • Assist with event program research and conceptualization for programs across the event team
  • Perform administrative functions for projects as required 
  • Supervisory responsibilities

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
