Sr. Customer Experience Representative

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Point person for our customers for our more challenging cases to ensure they receive the proper support for TextUs products and services
- Juggles multiple conversations in Salesforce Service Cloud with a wide range of customers
- Enjoys mentoring, providing guidance and training to our team members on best practices for issues that arise internally or externally
- Proactively and regularly communicates cross functionally and externally
- Demonstrates product expertise, showing customers around our apps via screen share and answering any advanced troubleshooting questions
- Understands how to appropriately escalate customers issues based on priorities
- Identifies and understands areas for improvements in team processes and outlines solutions
- Articulates and advocates for team members to management to ensure they have what they needed to be successful
- Maintains subject matter expertise of TextUs products and service offerings

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Job Type: Full Time
- Compensation Range: $50,000 – $65,000
- Location: Remote. Headquartered in Denver, CO
- # of hires for this role: 1
- Target Start Date: 3 weeks from offer date
- Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager
