CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point person for our customers for our more challenging cases to ensure they receive the proper support for TextUs products and services
  • Juggles multiple conversations in Salesforce Service Cloud with a wide range of customers
  • Enjoys mentoring, providing guidance and training  to our team members on best practices for issues that arise internally or externally
  • Proactively and regularly communicates cross functionally and externally 
  • Demonstrates product expertise, showing customers around our apps via screen share and answering any  advanced troubleshooting questions 
  • Understands how to appropriately escalate customers issues based on priorities 
  • Identifies and understands areas for improvements in team processes and outlines solutions 
  • Articulates and advocates for team members to management to ensure they have what they needed to be successful
  • Maintains subject matter expertise of TextUs products and service offerings

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Compensation Range: $50,000 – $65,000
  • Location: Remote. Headquartered in Denver, CO
  • # of hires for this role: 1
  • Target Start Date: 3 weeks from offer date 
  • Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager

Our 100% optional, co-working space is located in downtown Denver right off of 16th St Mall and across the street from Union Station! Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, & happy hour spots within a few minutes walk and central to Denver's public transportation.
