To help support, we are seeking a Senior Applications Business Analyst to join our team! Technology plays an integral role at Paladina Health to support healthcare delivery and business operations by providing relevant, integrated, and data driven systems. This is accomplished by developing advanced and customized solutions in Ctools such as Salesforce and eClinicalWorks. The candidate will be joining an innovative team that is passionate about using best in-class technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

This Senior Applications Business Analyst will research and drive business workflow and technology discussions and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Interact with business end users and stakeholders to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business and workflow analysis.
  • Accountable for documented requirements and functional specifications
  • Develop and maintain committed dates, milestones and deliverables
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Facilitate application design sessions and work with the development team during the development phase
  • Coordinate QA effort and ensure User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist with system implementation and rollout
  • User documentation and training
  • Support Production issues and troubleshooting
  • Support internal and external business units to ensure solutions exceed expectations
  • Demonstrates group presentation skills and participates in meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a BA gathering requirements and documenting BRDs in an Enterprise environment
  • Experience working on projects related to Salesforce.com / Force.com applications
  • Experience working on projects with multiple system integrations
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team environments.
