Zoom is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Customer Security Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving proactive customer assurance initiatives, leading customer security audits and assessments, responding to customer security requests, and participating in meetings and RFP’s for prospective customers. You will also contribute to developing and improving processes for managing customer security requests and building proactive customer assurance content. This role is customer facing so exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
What you get to do everyday:
Contribute to building proactive customer security assurance capabilities and content.
Lead responses to customer security assessment requests, questions, and other customer security requests.
Lead customer security audits and represent Zoom’s information security program in meetings with current and prospective customers.
Assist with responding to RFP’s and represent Zoom’s information security program in meetings with prospective customers.
Maintain knowledge base of security content and work with the Security Standards and Compliance team to ensure our customer assurance materials remain up to date.
Quality assurance
Contribute to building and communicating processes for streamlining customer security assurance requests.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar degree
6+ years of overall professional experience
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to act with agility in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities
Deep understanding of a wide range of security and privacy assurance frameworks
Relevant professional certifications, such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
