Responsibilities

Adtaxi is looking for a Senior Account Manager The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will own the client-facing relationships and revenue associated with their account assignments. The Senior Account Manager is also tasked with ensuring operational excellence around platform adoption & execution, driving specific outcomes for clients, and acting as a liaison between assigned accounts and Adtaxi’s Ad operations team. This position is based on the East Coast working remotely.

 

Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Manager sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Services, and Ad Operations; and is responsible for driving customer lifetime value for Strategic Accounts within Adtaxi’s client portfolio. This position is heavily weighted towards management of existing and newly acquired accounts. However, there is additional earning opportunity for those candidates capable of selling digital solutions to company-provided and self-generated leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for providing an exceptional, high-touch customer experience that ensures client success, satisfaction, & retention.
  • Act as main point of contact throughout customer lifecycle, responsible for ensuring digital strategy, KPI’s, and key deliverables align with client’s business goals and objectives; and that customer outcomes are being met on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively communicate data insights and best practices to drive increased adoption of Adtaxi’s full suite of solutions.
  • Identify and resolve customer risk by working cross-functionally with appropriate team members.
  • Provide monthly forecast and outlook insights to leadership
  • Foster innovation, process improvements, and best practices by being a client advocate within Adtaxi.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms and the ability to effectively demonstrate how Adtaxi’s omnichannel digital marketing solutions (RTB, Social, Video/Connected TV, Search, Social) drive specific outcomes and ROAS for Strategic-level clients.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business benefits of Adtaxi’s digital solutions as they align with key customer strategies & challenges.
  • Well-rounded business acumen, along with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Client Services, and Sales to ensure customer success.
  • Google Analytics, Adwords, & IAB certifications (desired, not required).
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience in a sales, client services, or ad operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with conducting webinar based conferences, using programs such as Google Hangouts and Join.me.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with 25% travel.
