You’ll be required to provide crucial end-user support including updating trouble tickets, diagnosing and resolving technology problems through the use of company guidelines, as well as assisting team members on projects. Further responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems-based desktop hardware and software for campus, remote office, and users working from home.
You’ll be a skilled problem solver, with a strong technology background. Ideally, you will also possess a basic understanding of supported business functions and have at least four years of related IT experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferable, and terrific communication skills are a must.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The annual gross base salary range is $54,875.50 – $87,800.02. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
