The Position

We are looking for a Sold Property Specialist! The Sold Property team works to ensure that ownership of a listing is transitioned to a new owner in the most seamless way possible. The role’s primary responsibility is to shepherd owners through the process of selling and/or buying a property that is listed with Evolve. 

As a Sold Property Specialist, you will work with both sellers and buyers of Evolve properties to help navigate them through the transfer of ownership process. This process includes consultative calls with both the seller and the buyer to work out the nature of the sale, discuss payment options for existing bookings, and handle the onboarding and activation process for the new owner. In addition to walking the sellers and buyers through the process, you will be responsible for processing booking payments and transferring existing bookings and listings to the new owner. As a part of the Sold Property team, you will assist with developing new processes and procedures that ensure the continued efficiency of the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Process resignation cases that are specifically related to an Evolve property being sold
  • Handle questions from sellers and buyers related to their specific property transfer
  • Complete the transfer of booking payments and the existing listing to new owners
  • Onboard new owners who purchased an Evolve property and help ensure a seamless transition of ownership
  • Have an empathetic, knowledgeable and consultative approach when communicating with new homeowners during every interaction to ensure a lasting and positive relationship
  • Continuously pinpoint areas for improvement within the process
  • Provide additional support to the other members of the Real Estate team as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with SalesForce, or other equivalent CRM
  • 1+ years of customer service experience 
  • You have an eagerness to learn and be a part of a growing team at Evolve where you are willing to put forth ideas for improvement and efficiency
  • A master of time management and organization
  • Ability to think strategically and work efficiently without sacrificing thoroughness
  • You look forward to helping build a new process and understand that change will happen often
  • Clear, concise and empathetic communicator with the ability to earn the confidence of potential and current Evolve homeowners
  • A drive for results demonstrated by persistence when facing challenging situations, seeking data-driven results and prioritizing work
