The Shift Lead quarterbacks our processing staff operations. Their role is to work alongside the runners in the facility, providing them with additional support and leadership to ensure smooth operations. They are also responsible for training and supervising runners, and ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed. They are often the openers or closers on shifts, and they are empowered to make certain decisions when there is not a more senior team member available.
This is an hourly role with a full time commitment 30-45 hrs/week with duties and responsibilities that include:
General shift ownership
New process implementation (we are constantly innovating and bring in best practices from our facilities across the world).
Order fulfillment and processing center tech
Supervising and training entry level associates
Facility troubleshooting & incidents
Inventory and Storage Audits
Generally, we are looking for someone who:
Is adept at providing customer service
Demonstrate a willingness to learn
Is able to adapt to changing situations
Is comfortable with Google Suite
Has management experience, on either a large or small scale
Is able to prioritize and multitask
