Service Desk Tier II

We are looking for a Tier II Service Desk to join our team at our headquarters in Boulder, CO. In this role you will interface cross-functionally amongst all our departments and have a direct impact in our organization. You will focus on providing desktop support and for escalated tickets as well as working hands on with projects involving network infrastructure, application servers and our endpoint management system. Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for escalated tickets from Service Desk I
- Become familiar with all LogRhythm IT-supported hardware and software and respond to users by email, phone and remote support tools
- Manage the US endpoint management system instance (software deployment, security patching, imaging)
- Assist with server/network infrastructure maintenance of on-premises datacenter
- Participate in various IT projects (hardware refresh, new system/application rollouts)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong familiarity with Active Directory management, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 365 administration, PC & Mac hardware/software support, workstation imaging, network infrastructure support
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Windows Server administration and project management concepts
- Experience with workstation/server patching and familiarity with compliance reporting
- Familiarity with common Service Desk KPIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjust fluidly to changing priorities
