Wowza Media Systems is currently seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to help drive and deliver scalable streaming solutions to clients around the globe. We deliver customizable solutions to solve even the biggest streaming problems clients run into. We help clients increase their streaming knowledge, provide best practice workflows, reduce stream latency and much more to create amazing client experiences. The ideal candidate will report to the Sr Service Delivery Manager and will be responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction while also executing and improving complex internal processes to optimize performance and improve quality for a greater customer experience. Candidate may also be tasked with other duties as defined by Management.

Local Candidate desired, but not required, capable of traveling to the office in Golden, CO.

• You have previous experience working on a small team of professionals in a predominately Mac environment

• You have risk assessment skills to identify, triage, and mitigate potential risks

Required Skills:

• Experience with Sales and Service Delivery Management

• Current or previous Windows and/or Mac Experience

• Experience of working successfully in a dynamic and fast paced working environment

• Detail Oriented with the ability to spot grammar and spelling errors especially in Customer facing documents

• Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team even in a remote environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Knowledge with or comparable to Web Conferencing, MS Office Suite, One Drive, Cloud Solutions, OnPremise Solutions, Licensing, Data mining, Reporting, use of data to explore a problem or make a decision, SalesForce, Slack, Business Lifecycle Management, Solution Architecture, Presenting Solutions to Clients, SLA tracking, willing to learn Proprietary Systems

• Prior Experience with Wowza products and/or services is a plus

• Typing Professional Emails to clients

Preferred Additional Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a technology company and customer service

• ITIL Foundation Certification or basic knowledge

• Scrum/Agile Certification or basic knowledge

• Lean Six Sigma Certification or basic knowledge

• KanBan basic knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
