Senior Technical Integrations Manager, Partners
About the Team
Work with Zoom strategic partners to determine and document feature and process requirements that help partners to be successful at developing and launching Zoom integrated products and services.
About the Role
- You will work with Zoom internal stakeholders, track progress, and drive delivery of features and processes.
- Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans with partners and team members.
- Manage strategic partner integration projects to improve partner onboarding and go-to-market of integrated solutions
- You will evangelize our product and vision to partners
About You
- 5+ years experience building and launching applications and services.
- 3+ years of experience as Product Manager managing technology products.
- Experienced with customer communications
- Experience with technical project management best practices
- Experience with API, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience creating technical product and design documents.
- UCaaS or Telecommunications experience, especially working with carriers and telephony providers.
- Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to have:
- Experience with Postman, API development
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems
- Worked with known Tier-1 carriers and MSOs.
