Guild is hiring a Senior Partner Operations Manager to identify and enable solutions that will allow Guild to rapidly scale its core operational processes with its Learning Partners. We are looking for someone with outstanding project and change management skills, experience outlining and implementing process and system improvements, and an ability to navigate sophisticated cross-functional environments. In this role, one will work with a wide variety of collaborators to unpack operational problems that will have a profound impact on Guild’s ability to support a growing number of academic partnerships and students.

Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA preferred; remote considered. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical projects on process improvement and efficiency building across all academic partners in the Learning Marketplace (LM), enabling the LM Partnerships team to more optimally scale
  • Serve as the LM Partnerships representative on cross-functional initiatives, using that experience to drive operational improvements. Examples include (but are not limited to):
    • Acting as the LM Partnerships liaison to employer partner launches and improving the way in which those launches are facilitated with academic partners
    • Coordinating the deployment of new LM Partnerships-wide operational improvements, such as ticketing systems, knowledge management resources, process tracking tools, etc.
    • Representing LM Partnership’s perspective to cross-functional teams developing internal and partner-facing products and features, such as the Guild Academic Portal
  • Work with cross-functional senior leaders to surface and prioritize impactful operational changes in partnership with other teams
  • Use standard organizational change and project management methodologies to help LM team members successfully navigate rapid growth and change in marketplace operations
  • Continually evaluate and iterate on operational systems and processes with an eye towards efficiency, scalability and an outstanding student experience

Required Proficiencies:

  • Relevant experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Client Operations, Customer Service/Success, or Revenue Operations
  • Concrete, measurable examples of developing and delivering on operational improvements and organizational change initiatives
  • Experience project managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, owning each from inception to completion
  • Ability to partner with a range of collaborators across the organization to handle expectations, drive alignment and lead through influence
  • Outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $100,000 - $137,500, as well as company stock options.
