Position Summary:

The Sr. Partner Advocacy Manager develops and manages the Partner Advocacy Council (PAC), Topical Advisory Groups (TAGs), and Focus Groups. While creating the immediate and long-term strategic vision, they also provide counsel on the ideal make up of each group, use cases for each, and the desired outcomes.  Gathering Partner feedback and distilling actionable insights, the Manager plays a pivotal role in the iteration and evolution of brand value drivers, products, and long-range business opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Aid innovation through competitive assessment, market research, and Partner engagement analysis
  • Manage and execute the Partner Advocacy program including developing, scheduling, leading, and analyzing the PAC, TAGs, and focus groups
  • Work in lockstep with UX/UI Director, Marketing, and Product Managers to prioritize and conduct Partner research against business priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commerce teams to develop positioning and branding of the PAC and TAGs
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including completing data analysis and providing program updates for quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and efficiency for partner experience

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing and developing strategy to gather Partner/customer feedback
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations or written communication in a concise and well-organized manner
  • Passion for understanding Partner insights and behavior
  • Highly organized and process driven with an extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational. problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $105,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
