As a security ally, some of the best security teams in the world depend on our software to protect their organization! You will empower our current and future customers to truly understand the value that Red Canary and Microsoft Security brings to their program. With your deep understanding of Microsoft security solutions, you will be a force multiplier in ensuring every security team we serve has an outstanding experience working with Red Canary and views us as innovative leaders in the Microsoft security ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- You’ll ensure our teams have definitive answers to Microsoft security product related questions
- Ensure our customers get the help they need with Microsoft products by partnering with a wide range of teams including Technical Support, Customer Success, Incident Handling, Sales Engineering, Product Management and Engineering
- Assist in designing and building Microsoft oriented POCs and demos
- Train customer facing teams on Microsoft’s security offerings
- Assist in maintaining the Red Canary Microsoft product lab for testing and prototyping
- Participate in customer onboarding and implementation coaching
What You'll Bring
- A proven background in Microsoft Security Administration
- A passion for using your existing knowledge to uncover the specific value that customers of Microsoft security will find in Red Canary
- Experience navigating Microsoft’s security ecosystem with systems design expertise in products like Microsoft’s Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Azure AD, M365 Defender and Azure Sentinel to create security outcomes for customers
- You are known for outstanding pre-sales and post-sales efforts with customers with a keen aptitude for finding opportunities to bring value not only at the individual customer level but for entire teams
- An accurate sense of what customers are looking for in their security solutions and the ability to balance the priorities of detecting threats quickly with the bigger picture of building something customers can’t live without
- You understand using operating system process telemetry as a detection source for threats and are proficient in enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
Targeted base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
