What we're looking for
IntelePeer is actively seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving the growth of IntelePeer's partner program. In this position you will be working closely with IntelePeer's sales and build partners to understand program requirements, best practices, and resources required to grow our partner program. This position will collaborate closely with product, sales and marketing teams to ensure our partners' efforts are supported on the Atmosphere® Communications platform and there is a clear and defined path to take their solution to market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with partner program development and marketing for enterprise software companies. You'll be able to become an expert on IntelePeer's products and be able to clearly articulate the program value and return on investment for new and existing partners. You can manage multiple projects, proactively communicate cross-functionally, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

REPORTS TO: Director, Partner Programs
Duties
  • Support the design and delivery of IntelePeer's partner program with focused efforts around revamping and rebranding our current program structure.
  • Create awareness of partner program through IntelePeer website, advertising, sales collateral and incentive programs
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of competitor programs through research and analyst interactions, translate this knowledge into recommendations for partner programs and marketing strategies
  • Analyze program metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to strategy and execution.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, processes and tools as needed to support the growth and scalability of the program.
  • Design co-marketing programs with select channel partners to generate business engagement and sales funnel
  • Interface with channel partners at the highest professional level, ensuring consistent communications and on-time delivery of marketing requests
  • Manage budget of marketing development funds (MDF) and prioritize programs to maximize return on investment
  • Represent the voice of the partner - listen to feedback, provide recommendations and adjust strategies to ensure the success of IntelePeer's channel partner community.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a partner marketing or related channel development role
  • Experience marketing to and on behalf of a variety of partner types, including master agents/distributors, System Integrators, ISV and/or application developer partner types
  • Demonstrated project management skills and program management experience
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Software industry knowledge preferred

Compensation
  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $80,000 -90,000 for annual base salary. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
