Why this role

We are looking for an influential, organized, and hospitality-minded Senior Manager, Leadership & Inclusion Development to join our growing Learning & Development department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience amplifying individual and team potential through impactful leadership development and inclusion programming at scale. As Evolve’s Senior Manager, Leadership Development & Inclusion, you will play a critical role enabling leadership excellence and inclusion at Evolve by elevating existing programming and implementing new programs ensuring diversity and inclusion are fully embedded in all of our learning and development practices. You'll also be able to provide actionable recommendations and insights to the broader organization, including identifying individual, group, and organizational development opportunities by defining, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and community programs that drive business goals and priorities forward.

What you'll do

Leadership Development & Effectiveness

  • Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners (HR Business Partners) to define excellence for both emerging and experienced leaders at Evolve, and understand learning needs required to reach that bar across the organization
  • Constantly raises the bar to innovate, simplify and maximize the effectiveness of new and existing people leadership development programs
  • Design and facilitate learning and development sessions, interactive meetings, and a variety of solutions via multiple modalities to diverse audiences
  • Empower teammates and people leaders to own their professional and personal growth through impactful programming and delivery of self-service learning opportunities 
  • Partner with the Content & Learning Team to develop and maintain learning assets, leadership curriculum, and ensure all leadership development programming aligns with organizational goals and values
  • Think strategically on process improvement, automation, and ways to scale leadership and community programming 
  • Measure impact and identify the meaningful measurement for our programs, track and iterate accordingly sharing results with relevant leadership
  • Be part of the larger Learning & Enablement department, ensuring a cohesive learning experience within the context of other learning initiatives and community programs
  • Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage budget and vendor agreements when necessary

Diversity & Inclusion Programming

  • Lead our small but mighty Learning & Community Programs Team, providing ongoing coaching and development
  • Bring a more explicit inclusion focus to Evolve through innovative and impactful learning and community programming rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
  • Partner with the broader People Team and People Leaders across Evolve to provide strategic recommendations and ensure diversity and inclusion best practices are incorporated into all of our programming and people initiatives
  • Develop a plan to implement and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Evolve
  • Manage Evolve’s Inclusion and Community Behavior Policy programming and help drive organizational alignment on how to enable the policy across various teams
  • Partner with Evolve’s Talent Acquisition Team to develop and facilitate ongoing inclusive interviewing and hiring training for all hiring managers and teams
  • Help measure, analyze, and surface actionable insights from Evolve’s diversity metrics, providing recommendations on how to make improvements
  • Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage budget and vendor agreements when necessary

What makes you a great fit (bullets from most important to least important)

  • 8+ years of successfully designing, building, and scaling learning & development and talent programs within scaling organizations, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
  • 3+ years of experience leading people
  • Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment 
  • Proven success leading diversity and inclusion strategy and company-wide programming, helping growing organizations incorporate best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to present information clearly and concisely in a variety of formats, effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences, and someone who excels at influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Great listener, ideator, and trouble-shooter, with a focus on amplifying the employee experience
  • Delights in helping colleagues understand their strengths and opportunities for growth, reinforcing a growth mindset and Learn Every Day philosophy
  • You have experience building high-impact, rapidly-scaled programs from the ground up
  • You have a proven track record of building high-trust working relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Insights Discovery accreditation preferred

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

For this role our salary range is $90,000 to $115,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
