Denver-based hospitality company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who has experience building programs and partnership with luxury hotels. The person is responsible for the financial performance and daily operations of Inspirato's curated hotel portfolio. They will act as a liaison across the company to ensure flawless execution and ongoing management of Inspirato's Hotel Collection.

 

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of customer service excellence, people management and a proven ability to build successful partnerships with internal and external partners.

Job Description:

  • Directly manage, mentor and coach the Collection Hotel team
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of hotel partner relationships, including new property onboarding, service and operational issues, and renewals
  • Oversee SOPs, process improvement strategies and communication between internal/external stakeholders and Hotel Collection
  • Serve as a primary account manager and point of contact for select, key hotel partners
  • Provide in-depth performance analysis to ensure contractual partnership renewals
  • Build structured reporting and implement KPIs regarding operational, service and financial performance of the Hotel Collection
  • Manage departmental budget including month end accruals, Coupa expenses, case approvals and monthly audit of hotel financial data
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Serve as a primary liaison to the Member Care management team for escalated Member issues. 
  • Partner with Talent Development team to deliver effective hotel property education, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive reservations and promote the Hotel Collection to members

  • Adaptability – Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates the opportunity to adjust and adapt with a growing business

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a business or hospitality field
  • 5+ years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Relevant hotel industry sales or operations experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of Inspirato’s business systems and processes is a plus
