The Senior Manager of Client Services uses effective coaching skills and experience to manage and strategize the long-term vision of the Program Marketing team, a key component of our internal agency. They develop and implement processes that allow for scale and provide recommendations and counsel to Marketing Leadership regarding how to optimize and evolve the team. The Senior Manager maintains an overarching view of current and future projects and identifies areas of efficiency. They are a proactive thinker who teaches the team how to anticipate needs and to think critically, while demanding high-standards for keeping accurate correspondence records, updating stakeholder details, and carrying-out customer service policies. The Senior Manager provides subject-matter expertise to stakeholders and to Marketing team members and manages the performance of direct reports.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Creates conditions for a programmatic approach to Program Marketing
  • Manages and coaches the Marketing Production Manager and Program Marketing Coordinators to ensure that all campaigns are running on time and to scope while proactively communicating updates across all stakeholders.
  • Provides regular and ongoing strategic counsel around opportunities to evolve the Program Marketing team while meeting regularly with Marketing Production Manager, Manager of Design, and Manager of Digital Experience to forecast and optimize team workload
  • Partners with and provides counsel to Tools & Technology and Marketing Production Manager to establish an intuitive take on launching marketing campaigns
  • Attends campaign kickoffs, leadership discussions, and planning meetings to understand business priorities and cascades information to the team
  • Hosts team meetings to ensure the Marketing Programs department is running smoothly and that stakeholders are well informed

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least ten (10) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience, agency experience preferred
  • Strategic understanding and experience building and scaling a team to meet business demands
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology or experience using project management tools (i.e., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Accelo) is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
  • Experience developing and implementing comprehensive process, from template development to reporting
  • Proven ability to establish scalable processes and communicate how they will be executed to all stakeholders
  • Experience coaching junior and mid-level team members to ensure they understand the process, and business implications
  • Highly organized and process driven with an extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational. problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Possess a willingness to learn and become proficient in new technologies
  • Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $85,000 or more depending on experience

 

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
