RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Working with our client's technology leaders, enable their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic people, process, technology and data mindset to solve business alignment, strategic and tactical challenges. You'll provide end-to-end services while helping clients align business and technology by selling and delivering
  • Digital Transformations - Lead and/or contribute to Digital Transformation Programs, establishing trusted Digital advisor status with Director level clients by proactively capitalizing on digital opportunities to deliver business value and deepen client relationships
  • IT & Technology Strategies - Develop IT & Technology strategies and roadmaps, owning specific department or sub-streams within engagements; bringing topics\\domain perspective via extensive personal experience all the while ensuring its ability to be implemented
  • IT Portfolio Governance - Perform IT portfolio assessments, IT budget & spend plans, develop IT funding models & business cases, lead program and portfolio management
  • IT Operating Models - Design and implement IT Target Operating Models, aligning them to the client's organizational strategy ensuring the product, people, process, and technology dimensions are appropriately addressed
  • Promote EPAM & CIO & Technology Consulting Practice - Proactively grow the CIO Advisory practice by developing existing expertise and skills within the practice. Remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions


REQUIREMENTS

  • Consulting Leadership - Proven experience in providing consulting services to an extensive and existing Director level customer network to draw upon. o Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting teams and client engagements. o Demonstrated superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills o Practical experience in running workshops, capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions
  • Digital Transformation & Program Leadership - A successful track record of leading and delivering a sub-stream within Digital transformation programs
  • IT Organizational Design, Assessments and Optimization - Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in assessing, designing and architecting Target Operating Models across People, Process and Technology within a specific IT domain
  • Thought Leadership - Hand on experience and/or understanding of industrial spaces like manufacturing and supply chain, with the knowledge of the latest trends like Industry 4.0 and its supporting technologies like cloud & edge, data & analytics, machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality & virtual reality (AR/VR), intelligent automation, etc
  • Education & Self-Development - Passion for continuous learning of recent ways of working, business & IT topics and evolving technologies, holding a minimum bachelor's degree or higher. Certification or hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following Agile or SAFe, Product Management, ITIL, ITSM, TOGAF, COBIT, Project Management, Cloud Certifications, Business Analysis,...
  • Experience - Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting firm or have a blend between consulting and industry IT experience
  • Travel - Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
  • This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $128k - $200k.
